Last weekend was a great family vacation time, suprisingly Ayah took us to Puncak for 1 night and 2 days. Even this is not the first visit for us coz i already forgot how many times we've came here, but there were never bored to go there coz of the scenery, the air, the foods, and many more except the traffic jam. We've got off from home at 6.45am on Saturday so that we'll get extra time to avoid the horrible traffic jam at Puncak, of course that is not a easy things to do, to prepare the kiddos in the hectic morning besides i'm not packing yet, the clothes for 4 of us, toiletries, and of course Farabi's meal. Since he got his first homemade meal at 6 mo, so i've to prepare some easy peasy menu to take such as simple carbo and fruits which was strained. At night before the day Ayah already booked the hotel at Grand Prioritas Hotel, we've found that from here : http://www.grandprioritashotel.com/. From the website we could guess that it is a well maintenance hotel management, but unfortunately the real room condition not as great as the picture published, althought it is equipped with swimming pool, kiddie playgroud, and right on the side of main road, and they gave free riding horse which made Dinara really excited. Honestly i was a little bit disappointed coz i wish the hotel room as luxurious as the picture shows, but we've found that it was more like simple guesthouse, specially at room we've got at superior room with twin bed (cottage building). I wish we should got more with room rate IDR 374.000/night, but generally it was a good family hotel especially when you brings your kids, they provide mini playground, free horse riding, good breakfast buffet, and the room fairly clean and spacey with hot water shower. But the good things that we could check in at 10 am, so that we could got more extra time to take a rest after long trip. We checked out at 11am at Sunday to continue our trip to explore another Puncak interesting place, so we decided to go to Gunung Mas Tea Plantation coz we never got there before, we paid IDR 20.000 for couple adults include car and kids free, cheap enough right ??
It was not a bad decision at all, eventhough it was just like a common tea plantation but it's a really cozy place with good scenery and fresh air. When we touched down suddenly we bought Dinara a kite, yeaayy real kite with IDR 20.000 include the rope. Ayah made it fly as soon as we parked the car, while Farabi took asleep there of us having fun with the kite and wind.
